Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pops
Ingredients
Filling:
- 1.5 cups Oikos Greek Pro yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Coating & Topping:
- 1–1½ cups dark or milk chocolate chips
- 1–2 tsp coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt
- Optional: Chopped peanuts or honey drizzle
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and whey protein until smooth.
- Portion onto parchment paper or into molds. Insert sticks. Freeze 4–6+ hours.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil. Dip frozen bites. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Freeze 10–15 more minutes to set. Enjoy!
