What Wendi Does
Wendi specializes in sports nutrition, athletic performance, body composition, injury prevention, metabolic efficiency, and nutrient periodization. She has helped thousands of athletes — from youth competitors to collegiate, elite, and professional — learn to fuel with purpose, train with intention, and compete with confidence. Her coaching systems have helped overweight teens safely lose significant amounts of weight, and under-fueled athletes gain muscle and optimize performance without sacrificing their health.
Her expertise extends well beyond athletics. Wendi also coaches executives, healthcare professionals, business leaders, and active adults pursuing sustainable fat loss, increased strength, improved energy, and long-term health.
She has developed nutrition strategies for athletes in football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, lacrosse, swimming, golf, tennis, cross country, track and field, and more — partnering closely with parents, sports medicine teams, athletic trainers, and strength coaches to help families build healthy habits that last.
Her Background
A former collegiate softball player, physique competitor, and lifelong strength athlete, Wendi knows firsthand the physical and mental demands of training and competition.
