Female Improves Basketball Performance

Are you a parent of a high school basketball athlete? Looking for a female dietitian for your female athlete? Coach Sydney helps Gracie eat more and gain energy on the court!

Gracie is an outstanding basketball player who works hard on and off the court! Gracie says she has been feeling good, looking good and seeing results! With Nutrient Timing she know What, When and How much to eat before stepping on the court. She has built a routine that she can adjust to different games times and different intensity of workouts.  She has been loving what she’s eating and dialing in her nutrition working with NWW Coach Sydney.

Gracie’s a starter for Parkview Yorkville, IL Basketball team and are currently 21-1 this season! She scored over 1,000 points for her High School Team and was named MVP! As Grace said, “Consistency > Perfection”
