I was fortunate enough to hear Wendi speak at the 2020 NHSSCA Michigan State. She did an outstanding job blending her nutritional expertise with practical, real life tips and recommendations. Not only is Wendi well versed in current sports nutrition research, but Wendi understands the demands our athletes endure beyond the weight room and classroom.
