Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1cup Fairlife milk
  • Handful of ice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  •  ½ frozen banana
  • 5g Momentous creatine monohydrate
  • 1/2 scoop Momentous chocolate and ½ scoop vanilla protein powder. (Use code WendiIrlbeck for 15% OFF any Momentous protein powders or supplements including creatine) **if you do not have chocolate and vanilla you can just use the flavor you have!
  • 1 handful of spinach

  • For less thickness add in 4-6 oz of H20
  • ***For another 15g of protein use 2/3 cup Greek yogurt!
