NWW’s High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt (Oikos Pro is my favorite)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup flour of your choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein (@Momentous vanilla or chocolate whey)
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp. PB2 powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup & vanilla. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add flour and protein powder and whisk together. Add in the melted coconut oil, and then add the Greek yogurt mixture.
  4. Use a standing or hand mixer to mix until fully combined. You can expect the dough texture to be very sticky and crumbly.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips of your choice.
  6. Use a spoon to scoop dough into balls. Place onto a baking sheet. Flatten each dough ball with a spatula or hand.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes and let cool for 5- 10 minutes before enjoying. Top with flaky sea salt if you’re feeling extra!

Is Your Athlete Fueling Enough to Perform & Stay Healthy?

Most high school and college athletes don’t struggle because they aren’t training hard enough.

They struggle because they are:

👉Under-fueling without realizing it
👉 Eating “healthy” but not enough for sport
👉Training hard while under-recovering

Over time, this leads to:
– Low energy
– Poor recovery
– Increased injury risk

I created a free Athlete Fueling Checklist to help parents and athletes identify common fueling mistakes and understand what to fix next.
