Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Toppings
- 1/3 cup pizza or marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- handful of spinach
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 cup sliced onion & peppers
- 1 cup mushrooms
Directions
- Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
- Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your pizza pan.
- Add pizza crust ingredients (chicken, egg, mozzarella, and Parmesan) to a mixing bowl and combine.
- Press the mixture onto the parchment-lined pizza pan to about 1/4-1/2 inches thick.
- Bake for 16 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your chosen pizza toppings.
- Bake for 8 more minutes, or until cheese has melted and toppings are cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Storing & Reheating
- Store: refrigerate up to 5 days. Freeze: freeze in sealed container.
- Reheat: toaster oven or air fryer 3-5 min, 350 F.
