Pistachio Chocolate Protein Bread
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 scoops Momentous Chocolate Whey Protein *Code Wendiirlbeck saves you 15%

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup crushed pistachios, divided
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth.
- Whisk in the 4 eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the chocolate whey protein, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in ⅓ cup crushed pistachios and ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining pistachios and dark chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for approximately 35–45 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool for at least 15–20 minutes before slicing.
