Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your pizza pan.
Add pizza crust ingredients (chicken, egg, mozzarella, and Parmesan) to a mixing bowl and combine.
Press the mixture onto the parchment-lined pizza pan to about 1/4-1/2 inches thick.
Bake for 16 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your chosen pizza toppings.
Bake for 8 more minutes, or until cheese has melted and toppings are cooked to your liking.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Storing & Reheating
Store: refrigerate up to 5 days. Freeze: freeze in sealed container.
Reheat: toaster oven or air fryer 3-5 min, 350 F.
